Is hatred good for you?

We all have to express it at some time... right?

Hate has always been considered a bad or forbidden emotion to portray however is it really as bad as its cracked up to be? In small doses can hatred be a useful emotion as a means of expelling bad feelings which in the end result in happiness, and a better mind set. So can it really be that bad to hate?
The word hate, often described as the opposite of love, is the emotion is caused by fear that projected from inside yourself to someone else. Normally this is a involuntary feeling, which whilst is operating feeds dellusional thinking to the side of the brain dealing with rationality and justification, this helps the person by making them feel unaccountable for their feelings, helping them to deny responsibility.
Hatred is a complicated emotion which builds throughout a persons whole body, starting with something as small as a deep breaths and increasing until the person see's red and becomes the bull in the china shop. Despite the destruction caused, generally after the person feels better and relieved of the burden they've generally been trying to disguise. Would it not be better to prevent this and act how we feel, when we feel it? Obviously easier said than done. But if we release emotions of hatred or anger at a preliminary stage surely we would feel better for it and not had the anxiety of the climax.
Let it out early and prevent the repercussions
Many of us when feeling anger or hatred put up blocks in an attempt to conceal and as a consequence of this feel more frustrated when we realise no-one can read our mind and feel how we are feeling. However we tend to forget, we are all human and there is no living soul on earth who can honestly admit to never feeling hatred towards someone or something. Often our reasons for hatred or deep set anger can be something stupid and as petty as leaving the toilet seat up or breaking wind during a romantic moment and other things when you come to think about it aren't as big a deal as we first thought. But instead of keeping it all in, we should just expell it and be rid of the bad feelings that plague us when kept inside for too long.

Although hatred as an emotion is described as bad, in small doses can it be good?
So the question is? Is it bad to hate? Or, hate for good?
